Career Path: Jennings worked as a staff member in the Senate and eventually became a senior health care adviser in the Clinton administration, where he coordinated policy and worked closely with lawmakers on legislation. In 2001, Jennings formed his own consulting firm.
Role in Health Care Reform, 1993-94: Jennings was a key administration official, heavily involved in the design and selling of the Clintion plan.
