The Associated Press: Judge Dismisses Ohio Lawsuit Over Health Care Law Tax
A tax levied on state and local governments under President Barack Obama's federal health care overhaul is constitutional, a judge ruled, dismissing a lawsuit by Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine.
