Due to an error by the Seattle Post-Intelligencer, the March 14 Kaiser Daily Health Policy Report incorrectly reported that a Washington state audit of the state's Medicaid program involved the entire program. In fact, the audit concerned Basic Health Plus, a program under Medicaid that has about 60,000 beneficiaries.
