NPR’s ‘Public Interest’ To Discuss Quality of Nursing Homes, Long-Term Care Facilities
WAMU's "Public Interest with Kojo Nnamdi," an NPR syndicated show, at 1 p.m. ET July 25 will feature an Urban Institute series discussion on nursing homes' care quality and standardizing care in long-term care facilities. Guests on the program include Melanie Cox, vice president of clinical services for Future Care and Health Management; Rosalie Kane, professor in the Division of Health Services Research and Policy at University of Minnesota's School of Public Health; CMS Administrator Tom Scully; and Joshua Weiner, senior research associate at the Urban Institute (Nnamdi, "Public Interest with Kojo Nnamdi," WAMU, 7/25).
