PhRMA Names New Vice President for Policy
The Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America has named Richard Smith as the group's new vice president for policy, the Washington Post reports. Smith most recently served as vice president for public policy and research at the American Association of Health Plans. Prior to that, Smith worked for the Maryland Governor's Commission on Health Care Policy and the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association
