CLARIFICATION
Due to erroneous information received from a Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts spokesperson, the Boston Herald incorrectly reported that the insurer had sued TAP Pharmaceutical Products over alleged Medicare overpayments. Based on that report, this information was subsequently carried in the Jan. 4 Kaiser Daily Health Policy Report. A BCBSMA spokesperson now says the insurer is not involved in legal action against TAP.
