Updated Guidelines Released on Pediatric Antiretroviral Regimens
The Working Group on Antiretroviral Therapy and Medical Management of HIV-Infected Children has released updated guidelines on the use of antiretroviral drugs in HIV-positive children. The document includes updated guidelines for treatment recommendations, choice of initial antiretroviral therapy and available antiretroviral drugs (HIV/AIDS Treatment Information Service release, 8/8). The guidelines are available online or by calling the HIV/AIDS Treatment Information Service at 1-800-448-0440.
