CLARIFICATION
In the Feb. 5 story, "Newspaper Editorials, Health Care Groups Respond to Bush's FY 2003 Budget Proposal," the Kaiser Daily Health Policy Report incorrectly said that the National Council on Aging estimated a prescription drug benefit under Medicare would cost $800 billion. The group's Feb. 4 release says that if seniors were to receive a prescription drug benefit through Medicare as generous as individuals under age 65 receive through their employers, it would cost $800 billion.
