A July 15 Kaiser Daily Health Policy Report story said, "States are responsible for a portion of dually eligible seniors' health expenses, which previously had been covered in total by the federal government." The story should have said that states share Medicaid costs for dually eligible seniors with the federal government, and the federal government pays entirely for their Medicare expenses.
