Walgreens Sues Theranos After Blood Testing Partnership Falters
Pharmacy giant Walgreens has filed a lawsuit against former partner Theranos, the embattled blood-testing company whose fortunes have plummeted among allegations of fraud. Walgreens filed its lawsuit under seal in Delaware, accusing Theranos of breach of contract. Walgreens is seeking $140 million in the suit, according to the Wall Street Journal.
