NAPWA Names Frank Oldham New Executive Director

National Association of People with AIDS on Monday announced that Frank Oldham will become its new executive director, replacing Terje Anderson, who, after nearly ten years with the organization, announced his resignation last year. Oldham, who is HIV-positive, currently is the executive director for the community advocacy group Harlem Directors Group and has been an HIV/AIDS advocate for nearly two decades (NAPWA release, 1/23).
