The Baltimore Sun yesterday profiled Benita Paschall, executive director of the Baltimore Prevention Coalition, who has worked as an HIV/AIDS activist since the 1980s. In her tenure as an advocate for HIV-positive individuals, Paschall has sponsored "safe sex parties," conducted HIV/AIDS outreach on the streets of Baltimore and has taught HIV/AIDS education seminars in the city jail (Niedowski, Baltimore Sun, 12/5).
