1) Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta Inc. includes Egleston Childen’s Hospital at Emory University and Scottish Rite Children’s Medical Center, Inc.
2) Tally retired in 2008. His 2009 compensation was earned in prior years. Current CEO, Donna Hyland, was paid $865,514 in 2008, including $52,248 earned in prior years.
3) O’Donnell’s compensation included $4,084,991 in supplemental pay accrued from 1993-2008, according to the hospital.
4) Vice retired in 2009 after 30 years at the organization. His compensation included $4.2 million in deferred compensation.
5) Considine’s compensation included $3,972,286 in supplemental retirement earned in prior years but paid in 2009.
